  • Requested within your 30-day window

We can't accept returns on items that have lived a full life—scrapes, stains, or accidental drops tell a story we can't rewind.

How the Return Dance Works

  • Your order number (check your confirmation email)
  • When you made the purchase
  • What's not working for you—we genuinely want to know
  • If you'd like something else instead, tell us what

Once we read your message, we'll send you everything you need: clear instructions and a prepaid return label. No surprise fees. No restocking charges lurking in the fine print.

The Money Journey Back Home

After your return arrives at our door, we inspect it (gently, we promise) and process your refund within 10 business days.

Where that money lands next depends on how you paid:

Credit or Debit Card? Give it 2–7 business days to show up
PayPal or Venmo? Usually within 2 business days

Note: Banks have their own schedules—especially around weekends and holidays. We send it fast; they process it on their time.
