Once you complete your order, our team gets to work—fast. Every item is processed and shipped within 1 business day, Monday through Friday (we rest on federal holidays, just like you).
Ordered on a Saturday evening? No problem. We'll pick up where you left off first thing Monday morning.
But before anything leaves our door, it goes through the ritual: a careful inspection, a thoughtful wrap, and layers of protective materials designed to keep your item safe through whatever the road throws at it.

Hit that threshold and shipping's on us—automatically applied at checkout. Same care, same speed as Standard Shipping, zero extra cost.

A missing apartment number, a typo in the street name, a wrong ZIP code—these small details can derail a perfect delivery. And while we'll always do our best to help, we can't be held responsible for delays or extra costs caused by incorrect address information.

Carriers typically attempt delivery up to three times. If no one's home, they'll leave instructions—sometimes the package goes to a local facility for pickup, other times it heads back to us.

Live somewhere rural or remote? We love that.
Just know that carriers may need an extra 1–2 business days to reach you. The destination is always worth the journey.
